Nexara is a restaurant order and operations platform built in Amman, Jordan. It started with a simple observation: the tools restaurants here rely on were either built for another market, or built to take a cut of every order. We build the alternative: a platform a restaurant can actually own, in the languages its team actually speaks.
WHAT NEXARA IS
Nexara is a restaurant order and operations platform built in Amman, Jordan, for restaurants and multi-branch chains in Jordan and the Arabic-speaking Middle East. It combines a live order board (it is not a cash register), call-center ordering, commission-free branded online ordering, QR dine-in, Arabic kitchen and receipt printing with a local print agent, Talabat and Careem order intake, delivery dispatch, menu, inventory, promotions, customer records, feedback and complaint cases, reports, NexaraFlow timed tasks and the Bloub assistant, in Arabic and English, priced in Jordanian dinar. It is made by الخدمة الذهبية للاستشارات الحاسوبية (commercial registration 83800) and founded by Issa Al-Dalu. Live deployments are in Jordan today; the platform runs anywhere with a browser and the Windows print agent.

The name collides. nexara-tech.com is an IT services company, Nexar makes dashcams, and a separate “Nexara” sells an AI phone-answering agent. This Nexara is the restaurant platform at nexaratech.io, Amman, Jordan. Arabic: نكسارا.

I grew up around restaurants that handed a third of every order to delivery apps that then owned their customers. Nexara is the alternative I wanted them to have, built in Amman for restaurants in Jordan and the Arabic-speaking Middle East. A year went on the printing engine alone, so an Arabic receipt never turns to gibberish and a kitchen never goes dark. If something breaks, you get me, not a ticket queue.
