ABOUT · EST. AMMAN, JORDAN

Software for the restaurants that feed this region.

Nexara is a restaurant operating system built in Amman, Jordan. It started with a simple observation: the tools restaurants here rely on were either built for another market, or built to take a cut of every order. We build the alternative — an operating system a restaurant can actually own, in the languages its team actually speaks.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Built for the Middle East

We operate where global SaaS doesn't. Arabic-first interfaces, RTL layouts, local payment gateways, and integrations with regional delivery providers like Careem and Talabat.

Multi-tenant by design

Every feature works across branches from day one. One dashboard to manage 1 location or 100, with role-based access so every team member sees exactly what they need.

No vendor lock-in

Your data is yours. Export everything, connect anything via our REST API, and run your own website on your own domain. We succeed when you succeed.

Reliability over features

A receipt that doesn't print costs you a customer. A missed order costs you trust. We build circuit breakers, offline queues, and automatic failover into everything.

THE JOURNEY

BUILTStarted in Amman on one belief: a restaurant should own its orders, its customers, and its data — not rent them from an app.
PRINTINGSpent fourteen months building a thermal engine that renders Arabic correctly and never drops a ticket. Most platforms here still can't.
CONNECTEDWired in six delivery partners — Careem, Talabat, Jahez, DHUB, TopDeliver, Careem Express — so every order lands on one board.
TODAYRunning real kitchens across Jordan. One storefront alone serves 18 branches in Amman — bilingual, zero commission.

WHO'S BEHIND NEXARA

IA

Issa Al-Dalu

Founder, Nexara · Amman, Jordan

I grew up around restaurants that handed a third of every order to delivery apps that then owned their customers. Nexara is the alternative I wanted them to have — fourteen months on the printing engine alone, so an Arabic receipt never turns to gibberish and a kitchen never goes dark. If something breaks, you get me, not a ticket queue.
