Zero. Nexara charges absolutely no commission on your orders. Unlike delivery platforms that take 15–30% of every sale, Nexara is a flat subscription. Every dirham your customer spends goes to you, minus standard payment processing fees from your chosen gateway. Your margins stay yours.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data remains available for export even after cancellation — we believe in zero lock-in.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and regional payment methods specific to your country. For enterprise plans, we also offer invoice-based billing with net-30 terms.

You can use your own custom domain or a Nexara subdomain. The site is also automatically converted into a Progressive Web App (PWA) that customers can install on their phones, giving you app-level engagement without the App Store.
Yes. Nexara supports multi-branch management for up to 100+ locations from a single dashboard. Each branch can have its own menu, pricing, staff, and analytics while sharing a unified customer database and brand identity. Role-based permissions ensure each branch manager only sees what they need.
Yes. Nexara integrates directly with Careem, Talabat, Deliveroo, and Jahez. Orders from these platforms flow into your dashboard automatically alongside your direct orders, giving you a single view of all operations regardless of where the order originated. No more switching between tablets.
Yes. Nexara includes a complete thermal printing system with ESC/POS support. Our PrinterMaster desktop app connects to your thermal printers and automatically prints kitchen tickets, receipts, and order summaries. Print jobs are dispatched in real-time via WebSocket as soon as an order is placed — no delays, no missed tickets.

Nexara is a platform, not a marketplace — we never sell, share, or monetize your data.
