استرجاع كامل خلال 14 يوماً على أول دفعة
إذا لم تناسبك الخدمة، اطلب الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوماً من أول دفعة تسددها لنكسارا ونعيد لك المبلغ كاملاً بتحويل كليك إلى الرقم أو الاسم الذي حوّلت منه خلال 5 أيام عمل. لا نسأل عن السبب. يسري ذلك على أول دفعة فقط.
14-day money-back on your first payment
If the service is not for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment to Nexara and we return the full amount by CliQ to the number or alias you paid from, within 5 business days. No questions asked. This applies to the first payment only.

بعد أول 14 يوماً
لا يوجد استرجاع جزئي أو تناسبي عن الفترات اللاحقة. لأن الاشتراك لا يتجدد تلقائياً، فإن عدم السداد لفترة جديدة يعني ببساطة انتهاء الاشتراك وانتقال المتجر إلى الخطة المجانية دون حذف أي بيانات.
After the first 14 days
There are no partial or pro-rata refunds for later periods. Because subscriptions never auto-renew, not paying for a new period simply ends the subscription and moves the store to the Free plan without deleting any data.

يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت من لوحة التحكم أو بمراسلتنا. لا نخصم أي مبلغ تلقائياً في أي وقت؛ كل فترة تُدفع بتحويل كليك تقوم به أنت.
Cancel anytime, no auto-renew
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us. We never charge anything automatically; every period is paid by a CliQ transfer you make yourself.

بياناتك بعد الإلغاء
بعد الإلغاء أو الإنهاء تبقى بياناتك متاحة للتصدير بصيغة CSV لمدة 30 يوماً، ثم تُحذف خلال 90 يوماً على الأكثر إلا ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانوناً. تثبيت السعر الممنوح لـ «التجّار المؤسسين» لا يتأثر بطلب استرجاع مرفوض أو بإلغاء مؤقت ما دام الحساب قائماً.
Your data after cancellation
After cancellation or termination your data remains available for CSV export for 30 days and is then deleted within at most 90 days, except what we must retain by law. A Founding-Merchant price lock is not affected by a pause in your subscription as long as the account exists.
