الاستخدام المشروع

تستخدم المنصة لبيع سلع وخدمات مشروعة في الأردن والأسواق التي تعمل فيها، وتتحمل مسؤولية الحصول على أي ترخيص يتطلبه نشاطك (مثل رخصة المهن أو تراخيص الأغذية أو الاشتراطات الصحية).

Lawful use

You use the platform to sell lawful goods and services in Jordan and the markets you operate in, and you are responsible for any licence your activity requires (for example a vocational licence, food licences or health requirements).

السلع والمحتوى المحظور

يُحظر عرض أو بيع: المخدرات والمواد المخدّرة، الأسلحة والذخائر، السلع المقلّدة أو المنتهكة لحقوق الغير، المواد الإباحية، أي سلعة يُحظر بيعها أو يتطلب بيعها ترخيصاً لا تملكه، والمحتوى المسيء أو المحرّض على الكراهية أو العنف أو المخالف للقانون.

Prohibited goods and content

You may not list or sell: narcotics and controlled substances, weapons and ammunition, counterfeit or infringing goods, pornographic material, any item whose sale is prohibited or requires a licence you do not hold, or content that is abusive, incites hatred or violence, or breaks the law.

الرسائل والتحقق

يُحظر إساءة استخدام رموز التحقق أو إرسال رسائل غير مرغوبة أو تسويقية دون موافقة المتلقي، وإنشاء طلبات وهمية أو حسابات وهمية، أو استخدام بيانات زبائنك لأغراض غير التي جُمعت لها.

Messaging and verification

You may not abuse one-time codes, send unsolicited or marketing messages without the recipient’s consent, create fake orders or accounts, or use your customers’ data for purposes other than those it was collected for.

سلامة المنصة

يُحظر محاولة اختراق المنصة أو فحص ثغراتها دون إذن كتابي، أو الكشط الآلي للبيانات، أو إساءة استخدام الواجهات البرمجية، أو الالتفاف على حدود الخطة أو آليات الأمان، أو مشاركة بيانات الدخول مع الغير، أو الإضرار بتجار آخرين على المنصة.

Platform integrity

You may not attempt to breach the platform or probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, scrape data automatically, abuse the APIs, circumvent plan limits or security measures, share login credentials with third parties, or harm other merchants on the platform.

للإبلاغ عن إساءة استخدام أو متجر مخالف راسل [email protected]. نتعامل مع البلاغات خلال يوم عمل.

Reporting

To report abuse or an infringing store, write to [email protected]. We handle reports within one business day.

الإجراءات

عند المخالفة قد نوجّه تنبيهاً، أو نعلّق ميزات أو المتجر مؤقتاً، أو ننهي الحساب في المخالفات الجسيمة أو المتكررة. نُشعرك قبل أي إجراء حيثما أمكن، ولا نحذف بياناتك دون إشعار إلا إذا أوجب القانون ذلك. يبقى حقك في تصدير بياناتك قائماً وفق شروط الخدمة.

Enforcement

On a breach we may issue a warning, temporarily suspend features or the store, or terminate the account for serious or repeated breaches. We notify you before acting where possible, and never delete your data without notice unless the law requires it. Your right to export your data under the Terms of Service remains.
