البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، اسم المتجر وعنوانه. بيانات الفوترة: الرمز المرجعي للدفعة، وقت التحويل، وصورة الإيصال إن أرسلتها. بيانات الاستخدام: عنوان IP، نوع الجهاز والمتصفح، وقت الدخول وسجلات الأمان. بيانات زبائن التاجر التي تُعالَج نيابة عنه: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، العنوان، تفاصيل الطلب، وسجل رمز التحقق.

What we collect

Account data: name, phone number, email, store name and address. Billing data: payment reference code, transfer time and a receipt screenshot if you send one. Usage data: IP address, device and browser type, login times and security logs. Merchant customers’ data processed on the merchant’s behalf: name, phone number, address, order details and the one-time-code log.

الأغراض والأساس القانوني

نعالج البيانات لتنفيذ العقد (إنشاء الحساب، تشغيل المتجر، استقبال الطلبات، الفوترة)، وبموافقتك (رموز التحقق، الرسائل التسويقية)، ولمصلحتنا المشروعة (أمن المنصة ومنع الاحتيال وتحسين الخدمة)، وللوفاء بالتزام قانوني (السجلات المالية والطلبات الرسمية).

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to perform the contract (account creation, running the store, receiving orders, billing), with your consent (one-time codes, marketing messages), for our legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and to meet legal obligations (financial records and official requests).

الموافقة

نطلب موافقة صريحة عند التسجيل وعند الاشتراك في الرسائل التسويقية، ويمكنك سحبها في أي وقت من لوحة التحكم أو بمراسلة [email protected] دون أن يؤثر ذلك على مشروعية المعالجة السابقة. عند إتمام زبونك للطلب بالتحقق عبر رقم هاتفه يُعرض له بند موافقة على معالجة بياناته من قبل التاجر ونكسارا لغرض تنفيذ الطلب.

Consent

We ask for explicit consent at signup and for marketing messages; you can withdraw it at any time from the dashboard or by writing to [email protected], without affecting earlier processing. When your customer completes checkout by verifying their phone number, they are shown a consent line for processing of their data by the merchant and Nexara for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

مدة الاحتفاظ

بيانات الحساب: طوال مدة الحساب ثم تُحذف خلال 90 يوماً من طلب الحذف أو الإنهاء (مع إتاحة التصدير 30 يوماً). الطلبات وبيانات الزبائن: وفق تعليمات التاجر وضمن المدة نفسها. سجلات الأمان: 12 شهراً. سجلات الفوترة: المدة التي يوجبها القانون.

Retention

Account data: for the life of the account, then deleted within 90 days of a deletion request or termination (with a 30-day export window). Orders and customer data: per the merchant’s instructions and within the same window. Security logs: 12 months. Billing records: for the period required by law.

المعالجون من الباطن والإفصاح خارج الحدود

نستعين بمزوّدين لتقديم الخدمة: مزوّدو الاستضافة والنسخ الاحتياطي (قد تقع خوادمهم خارج الأردن، ومنها أوروبا)، وشبكة الحماية وتوزيع المحتوى، وخدمة الرسائل القصيرة JoSMS لإرسال رموز التحقق، ومزوّدو التوصيل الذين تختار ربط متجرك بهم (مثل كريم وطلبات) والذين يتلقون بيانات الطلب اللازمة للتوصيل فقط، وخدمة البريد الإلكتروني. قد يترتب على ذلك نقل بيانات خارج الأردن، ونلتزم بالضمانات التي يتطلبها القانون رقم 24 لسنة 2023 لهذا النقل.

Sub-processors and cross-border disclosure

We use providers to deliver the service: hosting and backup providers (whose servers may be located outside Jordan, including in Europe), network security and content delivery, the JoSMS messaging service for one-time codes, the delivery providers you choose to connect to your store (such as Careem and Talabat), who receive only the order data needed for delivery, and an email service. This may involve transferring data outside Jordan; we apply the safeguards Law No. 24 of 2023 requires for such transfers.

حقوقك

لك الحق في الاطلاع على بياناتك، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، وتقييد معالجتها، والاعتراض على المعالجة، ونقل بياناتك (تصدير CSV)، وسحب الموافقة، وتقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات الشخصية في الأردن. لممارسة أي حق راسل [email protected] أو واتساب +962 79 594 3016؛ نرد خلال 30 يوماً.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability (CSV export), to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the competent personal-data authority in Jordan. To exercise any right, write to [email protected] or WhatsApp +962 79 594 3016; we respond within 30 days.

الأمن والتعامل مع الاختراق

نطبّق ضوابط تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة (تشفير النقل، عزل بيانات كل تاجر، صلاحيات وصول محدودة، نسخ احتياطي يومي). عند اكتشاف خرق للبيانات نقيّمه خلال 24 ساعة، ونُخطر الجهة المختصة والمتضررين خلال 72 ساعة حيثما يوجب القانون ذلك.

Security and breach process

We apply appropriate technical and organisational controls (encryption in transit, per-merchant data isolation, least-privilege access, daily backups). If we discover a data breach we assess it within 24 hours and notify the competent authority and affected persons within 72 hours where the law requires.

الأطفال

الخدمة موجّهة للمنشآت ولا تستهدف من هم دون 18 سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم. إذا علمنا بجمع مثل هذه البيانات نحذفها.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we have, we delete it.
