01How do I pay?
كيف أدفع؟ بكليك (CliQ) على الاسم الظاهر بشاشة الدفع، مع كتابة رمزك المرجعي في خانة «سبب التحويل».
By CliQ. Transfer to the alias shown on the payment screen and put your reference code NEX-<store>-<YYMM> in the payment-reason field, then tap “I paid”. We activate your plan within 2 working hours (8am–10pm) and send a PDF receipt.
02Is the price final?

03Can I cancel?

Anytime. Nothing auto-renews. When a paid period ends without a new payment, your store drops to the Free plan — it is never deleted.
04What if it’s not for me?

14-day money-back on your first payment. Full refund, sent back by CliQ within 5 business days. No pro-rata refunds after that; you simply don’t renew.

You. Export your orders and customers as CSV whenever you like, or ask us to delete them. Nexara acts as a processor for your customers’ data and never sells it.
