Delete your Shubbak account

In the app

1. Open Shubbak (formerly Lokal) and sign in.
2. Go to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Tap Delete my account. Your account is deleted right away.

If an order is on its way, you can delete your account once it is delivered.

Without the app

Write to [email protected] or WhatsApp +962 79 594 3016 with the phone number your Shubbak account uses. We confirm it is your number and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name and your sign-in
• Your saved addresses
• Order updates on your phones (their notification tokens)

What stays

• The kitchens keep their records of orders you placed, as their accounts require.
• Signing in with the same number later starts a new, empty account.
