What can you ask Bloub about your restaurant?

Bloub compares sales periods, breaks orders down by channel, and retrieves individual orders. Include the branch and dates so the question has a clear scope. You can start with yesterday's sales, then examine cancellations before changing a prep sheet.

Useful questions include:

• Compare this week's sales with last week's for the same branch.
• Show yesterday's orders by channel.
• Which products sold most during the selected period?
• Show cancellations for this branch and period.
• What complaints are still open?

Bloub also retrieves inventory alerts, printer status, and a product's current menu availability. Current availability does not prove that the item was unavailable yesterday, so check the selected period's records.

How do you check an answer through its citations?

Bloub answers questions from your company's numbers with citations. Open the cited source and check the branch, period, and measure.

Order count and sales value answer different questions. A branch can receive fewer orders while selling larger baskets. Bloub retrieves top products and sales summaries.

“Orders fell” is a measured change. “Customers rejected the new price” is a possible cause. The sales citation supports the decline, not an unrecorded reason.

What does Bloub read overnight?

Bloub runs six nightly detectors and provides a morning brief in the app. They cover demand shift, item trend, basket anchor, regulars gone, price-change attach drop, and operational friction such as recorded failed orders or printer problems. Scheduled email reports are unavailable.

The numbers below are an illustrative example, not a client's actual figures.

In the fries example, the share falls by 10 percentage points. Check availability, comparable meals, channel, and trading days before changing the price.

For an absent regular, check order history and any recorded complaint before asking the team to follow up.

Which actions can Bloub take?

Bloub can open pages, prefill forms, create workflow tasks, and generate reports and feedback reports. Workflow functionality requires Pro.

It does not independently make business decisions or silently change menus, prices, or records. A prefilled form still needs your review before submission.

What should you know about recorded data and privacy?

Bloub uses your company's numbers and searches Nexara's documentation. A question about changing availability searches documentation; a question about yesterday's sandwich sales requires recorded branch data.

Bloub questions are routed through allow-listed external AI providers under a zero-data-retention policy. Send privacy questions to [email protected].

Your restaurant owns its customer data. You can export orders and customers as CSV files, request deletion within 30 days, and Nexara never markets to your customers.

Bloub retrieves forecasts, product sales, and peak hours. Compare a forecast with quantities sold on comparable trading days, then account for known events such as a planned closure or a phone enquiry that never became an order.

Talabat and Careem order intake brings those orders into Nexara alongside own-channel orders.

How should an owner test Bloub before staff use it?

Use a report the manager already understands. A completed trading day gives you a clear starting point. The daily reports an owner should read can help.

1. Choose a known report and record its branch, dates, totals, and treatment of cancelled or refunded orders.
2. Ask Bloub the same question with that branch, period, and measure. Compare the answer with the report.
3. Open the citation and confirm that it supports the stated total.
4. On Pro, request one follow-up task. Check its branch, instructions, and assignment, then ask the intended staff member to find it. Review any prefilled fields before submission.

A sound test has matching figures, a supporting citation, and a task the assigned staff member can find.
